GMD People are excited to launch our Management Growth Programme, recognised by the CMI and designed to strengthen your team development capabilities, mastering your personal and interpersonal effectiveness.
Whether you are leading a team working remotely, office based or transitioning into a hybrid model, our programme offers expert insights, practical tools and techniques enabling you to lead your team to consistently perform at a high level.
We understand that we don’t all learn in the same way. We tailor our learning events to inspire and support you to achieve your growth ambitions, in your own way.
The Management Growth Programme is a fast track programme, focussed on Personal Efficiency, Interpersonal Effectiveness and Organisational Growth.
Delivered in 9 blocks with 2 individual 1-2-1 coaching sessions included.
All our modules are delivered based on our Transferable Learning Principle. We share knowledge with the intention of solving your real world business challenges.
During our learning events we provide detailed and up to date subject knowledge, and explore how you can use new skills practically, in virtual and physical work environments to make the difference with your people.
The Management Growth Programme will commence on the 2nd June 2021 with a 1 hour onboarding and with the learning events delivered every Friday between 10am – 1pm from the 4th June and will conclude on the 30th July

- 30 hours of lively and engaging personal development sessions, spilt into three key areas, delivered virtually and including two hour, 1:1 coaching sessions.
Investment £2,250.00 plus VAT
GMD People can offer a limited number of part funded places, offering up to £1,150.00 contribution depending on your industry.
